I am dedicated and passionate education professional with a diverse backgroun in teaching, Childcare, and Early Years Management. I began my career as a Mathematics teacher in Brazil for all ages, and later worked in ireland for about three and a half years as a Childminder . After that, I moved into Early Years Education in Creches, taking roles as a Early Care Practitioner, as a Team Leader and Deputy Manager, building stong skills in Childcare, Team coordination , and operations. I am recognized for being empathetic, reliable, adaptable, and higly organized. I have excellent comunication and interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach to teamwork, and the ability to remain calm and solution-focused in fast paced environments. I am commited to continuos learning and dedicated to creating postive experiences for both children and colleagues while contriibuting to the sucess of the organizations or a Family I work with.
