I am an experienced Lead Educator fully recognised at Bachelor’s Degree Level 7+ by DCEDIY, with a proven professional background working with children and young people from 2.5 to 17 years old. Currently, I am available for full-time, daily work across North County Dublin and the Drogheda area, within a 20 km radius of Balbriggan. In my work, I love creating a supportive, caring atmosphere where children feel happy and inspired. Drawing on my extensive experience as a Lead Educator in preschool and ECCE rooms, I design a wide variety of engaging and developmental activities—including arts and crafts, Montessori methods, and creative play—to foster social, cognitive, and creative growth while ensuring full school readiness. I also warmly welcome children who need a little extra care and attention, creating a gentle and inclusive space for them with the help of my Special Needs Assistant (SNA Level 6) qualification. Beyond everyday activities, I care deeply about children's emotional well-being, helping them build self-esteem, handle big feelings, and resolve friendship bumps calmly and positively. I've got great references from my past preschool Lead Educator jobs, full Garda vetting, and all the right credentials.
