My name is Letícia Ramos Gemelgo, and I am a dedicated childcare professional with a genuine passion for supporting children's growth, learning, and well-being. Over the past several years, I have built my career working with children and teenagers in recreational programs, events, hotels, educational projects, and student travel. These experiences have helped me develop strong communication skills, creativity, responsibility, leadership, and the ability to build trusting relationships with children and their families. For five years, I worked at Anjos do Sorriso, where I started as a Recreation Staff member and was promoted to Team Coordinator due to my commitment and professional performance. In this role, I led teams, organized activities, and helped develop educational games and programs that supported children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. I also have a background in Physical Education, which has given me valuable knowledge of child development, movement, health, and age-appropriate activities. I currently live in Cork, Ireland, where I am studying English, and I am available for immediate full-time work, including evenings and weekends. I am a caring, patient, responsible, and organized person who truly enjoys creating safe, positive, and engaging environments where children can learn, play, and feel valued.
